My testimonial on MiWay Transit

Hello, readers! 

Here is a quick testimonial outlining some basic pros and ways to improve the current public transit in my area. This is my opinion, and is objective, thus if you would like to add on your own experiences or comments, please feel free to do so. So, lets begin ! ~

Pros 

• efficient for environment 
• time saving 
• safe for everyone 
• organized 
• easy to navigate 
• nice bus drivers 
• bike racks for bikers

Ways to improve

• make seats more space efficient to allow for more seaters 
• have racks or storage for ease of use 
• extend bike rack storage 

• waiting outside on cold days would be better with walls/waiting room
• extended wait times at night time would be better if notifications could be given before hand
• easily full buses - perhaps better space efficiency 
• no schedule on poles, some poles are ripped and no longer have the number for customer service on them.- allowing them to get replaced 

Overview 
Overall, I enjoy taking the bus because it is very safe and effective on the community.
By the view of the busy stations, I can see that many people depend of MiWay to go on with their daily life , thus making it an important trademark and part of our city. On behalf of our team,
